TEAM PACKAGE

  • Entry Fee
    • 25,000 SEK per team

WHATS INCLUDED

  • Hotel Accommodatiom
    • 3 double rooms for up to 6 people
    • Stay duration ranges from 2 to 7 nights, depending on tournament results
    • Teams will be able to check-in the day before their first match and checkout the day after their last match.
  • Gaming PCs
    • Gaming chairs & height-adjustable desks.
    • Access to 5 practice PCs + 1 coach PC, including monitors
    • Available throughout the tournament for as long as your team remains in competition
  • Food
    • Catered lunch and dinner served daily at the studio location
    • Breakfast included at the hotel
    • Above provided only while your team is still in the tournament

  • Media Coverage
    • As BME is a media production company, each team will receive assets such as:
      • Hero shots
      • Player photos
      • Assets are provided free of charge and may be used on your own channels

    • Local transportation between hotel and studio is included
  • What’s Not Included
    • Travel to and from Stockholm, Sweden
    • Travel to/from Airport/Train Station.
    • Any potential VISA costs, we can provide support with VISA Invitation letter if needed.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

The event uses a first-come, first-served registration system.

  • Registration Open
    • Open registration begins one week after the announcement: Friday, February 6th at 12:00 CET
  • Team Registration
    • Teams must register via the Registration Form, which opens at 12:00 CET.
    • The registration link will be published on this website at that time.
    • The first 16 teams to register will advance to next step.
    • All remaining teams will be placed on a Waiting list.
  • Payment
    • After successful registration, teams will receive a link or/and promo code to access the ticket purchase page.
    • Available payment methods:
      • Swish (Sweden only)
      • Invoice (5-day payment terms)
      • Credit Card
    • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. If payment is not completed within this time, the team’s spot will be forfeited and offered to the next team on the waiting list.
  • Roster Submission
    • Once a team is accepted and the Team Package Ticket has been paid, BME will request:
      • Final roster
      • Additional required details
    • This request will be sent four (4) weeks prior to the event.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • More than 6 weeks before the first tournament day. Team will be replaced by a team from the waiting list. 75% refund of the participation fee
    • More than 4 weeks before the first tournament day. Team will be replaced by a team from the waiting list. 50% refund of the participation fee.
    • Less than 4 weeks before the first tournament day. Team will be replaced by a team from the waiting list. No refund of the participation fee.
    • Less than 2 weeks before the first tournament day. Team will receive walkovers in their matches.No refund of the participation fee.



VRS INFORMATION IN DETAIL

A definition of the filters to the VRS (if any) that Direct VRS Invites will be based on: No filter.

The VRS rank from which Tournament Operator will begin invitations: No invites.

The number of Rosters subject to a Direct VRS Invite and/or Wildcard Invite, if any: None.

The Invitation Date: No invitations, no invitation date.

The VRS publication date from which Direct VRS Invites will be issued: No invites.

The VRS publication date which will be used for seeding: First Official update in March, which is first Monday March 2nd, 2026

The visa region where the Tournament takes place, e.g., USA, Schengen, China, etc: Tournament is played in Sweden and Sweden is part of Schengen. We as Tournament Organizer can provide VISA Invitation Letter if needed, but all potential VISA costs belong to the Team Organizer.

Whether an Open Qualifier will be part of the Tournament and if so, the rules for such an Open Qualifier. No Open qualifier.

Which Tournament stages are online or LAN: All matches on LAN.

The prize pool and the rules for its distribution. To the degree that Tournament Operator compensates Teams, Rosters or Athletes for appearing at Tournaments in any other way (e.g. guaranteed payments for appearances, revenue shares in sponsorships or media rights etc.), Tournament Operator will publish comprehensive information of all such compensation. Prize pool of $30,000 but as part of Team Package, priced 25,000 SEK, all teams receive the same package of Hotel, access to practice PCs, Catered Food & local transportation. Teams also get access to Team Media created on Media Day (Player Pictures, videos). No other compensation for teams.

Any integrity or conduct rules that disqualify a Roster from a Direct VRS Invite. Disqualification rules cannot be selectively applied at the discretion of the Tournament Operator. They must be transparent

- Journey reserve the right to decline any team that is affiliated with another team, such as Academy team or sharing same owners.
- Journey reserve the right to decline participant (and therefor their entire team) or ban an signed up player/team, if Journey receives information from 3rd party integrity partners such as, but not limited to: ESIC, Oddin, GRID or directly other major tournament organizers such as, but not limited to EFG, Blast, PGL, CCT, that player or team have participated in matchmaking, cheating or any similiar activity leading up to the event.
