TEAM ACCOMODATION & LOGISTICS

We’re happy to host all teams at Quality Hotel Globe, located in the heart of the vibrant Globen & Slakthusområdet (Meatpacking District)

Each team package includes three double rooms (up to 6 people) with breakfast included. Rooms are booked under the team manager’s name, who also handles room distribution internally.

Need extra rooms? Reach out to us on Discord and we’ll provide a discount code. Availability and pricing follow the hotel’s standard dynamic booking system, so we strongly recommend securing additional rooms as early as possible.

We know many teams bring additional staff, and we fully support that (within reasonable amount). Staff tickets are available giving full event access including catering and team benefits. These tickets will be offered at cost price. Write to Anton in the official ROG Journey Spring 2026 Discord for more information. Note that the staff tickets do not include transportation. The deadline to buy these tickets is Tuesday 17 March.


All ground transportation for the Players+Coach (6 people) between the hotel and the studio is handled by BME and our logistics partner. Please note that airport (or similar) transfers are not included in the team package.

For any additional staff, we recommend arranging transport directly to the designated address at BME Studios, Mälarvägen 1, 141 71 Segeltorp. For airport transfers and other local travel, Uber or Bolt are typically the most cost effective options.
